“We went at 9.00am and we were fortunate to be able to see Mt Etna clearly at times. Towards the end of the tour the clouds started to roll in and visibility was not so good. The group was very large so it was difficult to hear everything. I went for the view and to take photos more than to hear the guide. So people did not even take the cable car up and so that did, did not join the walking tour. I don’t understand why you would not do the whole tour. Overall it was very good”

Much more interesting to hike with the guide and hear about the eruptions, calderas, soil, rocks, heat, flora and fauna.”

“First of all, I have to thank Simone for his amazing guiding throughout all the tour: his english is excellent, he is extremely knowledgeable, very charismatic and even offered me an apple because I was feeling a bit dizzy. It’s also important to note that he was on time. Grazie mille Simone! The views were breathtaking and the excursion wasn’t a real hike, but more of a semi-challenging walk. If you have no health problems it is extremely doable. I can’t recommend this tour enough, give it a try!!”
