“We went at 9.00am and we were fortunate to be able to see Mt Etna clearly at times. Towards the end of the tour the clouds started to roll in and visibility was not so good. The group was very large so it was difficult to hear everything. I went for the view and to take photos more than to hear the guide. So people did not even take the cable car up and so that did, did not join the walking tour. I don’t understand why you would not do the whole tour. Overall it was very good”

“The practical side of the hike and the tour guide’s (Fabio) knowledge & attitude were excellent but the tour logistics were awful. After booking, we received a WhatsApp message with all the details and arrived early (after a very long journey). We were then told there wasn’t enough space with the tour company (Ashàra) so they had outsourced our booking to another company (Aitne) for a later tour. When we tried to discuss this with Aitne, they said it was”wasn’t their problem” as we hadn’t booked directly with them.”

“Hello Due To road quality it was difficult to hear Giovanni at the back of the bus. Headphones for future clients? Also the tour was not all that easy and one of the participants who did not come because we could not find anyone to take care of our dog, would not have been physically capable of doing the tour ( 71 years) and would, thus ,have had a bad experience. I think more information should be asked of the participants health etc. Even though we did not cancel her 24 h before but it would be kind to at least have a partial if not complete reimbursement of her…”
