“The tour guide was very knowledgeable, I learned more about the Greek history at the Valley of the Temples. It was a very hot day, and lots of walking, but we enjoyed it nevertheless. Piazza Armerina was very interesting, some remarkable mosaics, a lot very well preserved. The only issue we had, was the minibus was quite cramped, I imagine taller people, my husband and I are both 5ft 6ins, would really struggle on the long journey.”
