“We still had to buy the entrance tickets and audio guide, they were not included in our payment - this wasn’t clear to me -. Renting the scooters was as wonderful: it was a hot sunny day and we avoided having to walk a long way, which on the way back would have been difficult and very uncomfortable with the heat. One went zipping from one temple to the next on the scooter and then had time to walk around it. The guide was a scooter guide, no history or details, though he was helpful and did tell some stories.”

“It would have been better if we were allowed more time at the Valley of the Temples. We were allowed 2 hours, which included standing in line to get tickets to go inside. Maybe modify the trip to include tickets.”

“la visite est parfaite. a faire au coucher du soleil magnifique. cependant l audioguide n est pas top. 1es explication par temple ne dure qu une minute du mal a trouver la position exacte sur le site. et comme l appli est sur le téléphone, quand on prend des photo il faut se remettre sur l appli.... donc je recommande cette visite bien sûr mais sans l audioguide un manuel a vendre a l entrée est presque mieux”

“Good tour overall with our guide, Fabricio (sp?), who also shifted into high gear when one of our friends fell and broke her wrist. He was extremely concerned and helpful. The Valley is quite large, so being on scooters was a big help. Howver, there are a LOT of people on foot which can be tough to navigate. My only realy suggestion for improvement would be to CLEARLY let customers know that they have to actually enter the park through a security screening area, then buy tickets, and THEN meet up with the tour operator. This was not clear, and we ended up wasting 25 minutes at the start, thinking…”

“Overall, the tour was worth the money. We wouldn’t have known what we were looking at without a guide. We only saw one other small group of people so it wasn’t crowded at, I think because of it being in the evening. And the sunset made beautiful lighting for photos. I’m definitely happy I chose to go on the sunset tour (versus a daytime tour). We had a little difficulty finding the entrance and meeting point, but the guide reached out and helped us. He was friendly and informative and even explained olive farming a bit since that is what he does primarily.”

“What an excellent tour! The site was so much larger than we imagined but we were taken to all of the key places and given so many interesting facts and information at each point. We chose to go on the 6pm tour and by the time we had finished, we were treated to the monuments being lit up, a spectacular sight, so pretty. Would definitely recommend a guided tour rather than just wandering around by yourselves!”

“Good tour, good guide. A little confusion about redemption of tout voucher. The instructions said we have to redeem the voucher at the bus station prior to departure. But when we got there, the ticket office told us to go to SAT agency. Then at SAT agency, we were told there was no need to redeem anything because their records showed that we have paid, so the voucher was “the tour ticket””
